Decorative Landscape – Useful Information
The most sustainable aspect of aggregates is its pervious nature that allows the material to drain while it protects topsoil and filters contaminants.
Its perviousness nature makes aggregates a good substitute for concrete or tarmac.
Aggregates have always been used as a quick and economical way of covering ground when constructing drives, paths or gardens with the normal local material available. However, with the great range of colours and textures we have from our UK quarries the choice now is vast, with yellow gravels from the South Coast, Slate from North Wales, Red Granite from Scotland and a whole host of Limestones, Granites and Gravels of all colours inbetween.
Gravel has now become a product of choice as an integral design element.
